What you get

Submillisecond local lookup

MaxMind GeoLite2 mmdb in-memory on the geocoder box — no external API call. p95 under 1 ms.

ASN block

Autonomous System Number + organization name on every response — useful for fraud detection, VPN/proxy filtering, and traffic-source analytics.

Confidence label

Each result is tagged residential / datacenter / anycast / vpn so your code can decide how much to trust the geo signal.

County overlay (US)

For US IPs, FIPS county code is added on top of the standard country/region/city lookup — useful for compliance, demographics, and SLA targeting.
